About Schola SA
Schola SA is a Registered Non-Profit Company using sport and development as a tool and vehicle to address the many social ills and obstacles facing our local communities. Through sport, we are able to address the six pillars on which our organization is built.
Our programs aim to empower youth, promote gender equality, foster community development, provide education opportunities, enhance health and wellness, and support community growth and sustainability.

In our efforts to address these pillars of development, we have Categorized all our efforts into the below, in which all these pillars are actively driven to address the needs of our communities whilst promoting the main objectives, which is the development of young people within our local communities.
Mass Participation
Through Mass Participation Projects we are able to afford more people the opportunity to participate, but also create more opportunities for talent identification
Capacity Building & Skills Development
Teach me, show me and let me do it. That is how our skills development programs work. It is to equip young people with the necessary skills that would assist them to reach their personal goals.
Education & Training
To assist and provide more young people with avenues to obtain formal education that would assist them in finding permanent employment OR make them more employable. Creating opportunities for them to expand other opportunities in their communities
Employment & Sustainability
The best support and assistance we are able to provide is to ensure that there is at least 1 working person in every household in our communities. Through the provision of employment opportunities, we are able to grow the community the community investments
Partnerships & Networking
Networking and Partnerships are an essential part of our work. It is through these partnerships with Government, the Private Sector, Local Business, Institutions and Communities as a whole that we are able to create more opportunities.
